- develop, film, edit and upload 360 image content
- comprehensive 360 school tours with narration and points of interest including interviews with pertinent staff and/or students of both St. Marys High School in Owen Sound and Sacred Heart High School in Walkerton for the purpose of supporting all incoming students with special consideration of students with special needs and/or barriered youth.
- develop, film, edit, embed content and upload 360 image
- comprehensive 360 tours of local businesses (list will be provided) as outlined by BGCDSB with at least 10 locations in Bruce and Grey County for the purpose of community integration and job readiness (co-op and employment) with special consideration of students with special needs and /or barriered youth.
- all videos will be student-friendly learning experiences using voice-overs, embedded images and video content in the appropriate platform using a 360 camera, microphone and appropriate peripheral equipment (can be provided by the board), ensuring each final product is in a “ready to use” stage compatible with Meta Quest headsets.
- during and post production consultation with appropriate BGCDSB staff.
Timeline: The term of this contract will be for a period that will commence as soon as possible and end
no later than August 30, 2024.
Note: BGCDSB will maintain the rights to all footage and the usage and distribution of all footage. The contractor may use content that does not include identifying images of staff and/or students of BGCDSB or any employees of the board for their own purposes.
Quote Term: All prices must be in Canadian Dollars. The Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is to be extra. The Board will not pay or reimburse the Contractor for any incidental expenses including but not limited to office support, mileage, meals, beverages, gratuities, laundry or dry cleaning, dependent care or personal telephone calls.
A contract for service will be signed to execute the agreement with the successful bidder.
